Likuri's One Big Attraction: The Day Show
There’s no ticket booth to queue at and no second must-see stop across the road, because on a 25-acre island the entire visit doubles as the attraction. That’s not a letdown. It’s actually the appeal, once you know how to book it right.
The day cruise runs on set days. The full cultural day cruise operates on scheduled days only, typically Wednesdays and Saturdays, running from around 10:00 to 16:00. It bundles return coach transfers from Coral Coast and Nadi or Denarau resorts, the scenic 30-minute boat cruise down the Tuva River, a traditional sevusevu kava welcome, the reveal of the lovo earth oven, a coconut tree climbing and husking demonstration, a guided herbal bush medicine walk, a full lovo buffet lunch, and a live meke performance. Show up on a Tuesday hoping to wander in, and you’ll find the island quiet and the program closed.
The sunset show is the other half. On Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday evenings, roughly 17:00 to 21:00, the island runs its Legends of the Pacific sunset tour: a twilight river cruise, a beach bonfire, a torchlighting ceremony, another lovo feast, and the fire-walking and knife-dancing performance the island is genuinely known across the South Pacific for. Adult tickets run around 259 FJD, about 115 USD, children ages 4 to 12 around 109 FJD, about 49 USD, and kids under 4 go free. Combine both programs into one day-and-night ticket for roughly 319 FJD, about 143 USD, if you only have one day to spend.
Plan around the days, not the other way around. Because both programs run on fixed days, build your Coral Coast or Nadi itinerary around Likuri’s schedule rather than assuming you can drop by whenever your own plans have a gap.
