7-Day Itinerary for Travelling in Jamaica

Day 1: Arrival and Relaxation

Arrive at Norman Manley International Airport (KIN) or Sangster International Airport (MBJ)
Transfer to your accommodation in Negril, a popular beach town on the west coast
Spend the day relaxing on Seven Mile Beach, one of Jamaica’s most beautiful beaches
In the evening, head to Rick’s Café for sunset and live music

Day 2: Negril Cliffs and Waterfalls

Take a guided tour to the famous Negril Cliffs, where you can swim in natural pools and enjoy breathtaking views
Visit Mayfield Falls, a picturesque waterfall surrounded by lush vegetation
In the evening, try some local cuisine at one of Negril’s many restaurants

Day 3: Rastafarian Culture and Bob Marley

Drive to Montego Bay (approximately 1 hour) and visit the Rastafarian Indigenous Village
Learn about the history and culture of the Rastafarian community
Visit the Bob Marley Museum, dedicated to the life and legacy of Jamaica’s most famous musician

Day 4: Dunn’s River Falls and Ocho Rios

Drive to Ocho Rios (approximately 1.5 hours) and visit Dunn’s River Falls, a beautiful waterfall that empties into the sea
Take a guided hike up the falls and enjoy the scenic views
In the evening, explore the town of Ocho Rios and its many shops and restaurants

Day 5: Port Antonio and Frenchman’s Cove

Drive to Port Antonio (approximately 2 hours) and visit Frenchman’s Cove, a picturesque beach with crystal-clear waters
Take a boat tour to the nearby Blue Lagoon, a stunning natural attraction
In the evening, enjoy dinner at one of Port Antonio’s many excellent restaurants

Day 6: Kingston and the Bob Marley Museum

Drive to Kingston (approximately 2.5 hours) and visit the Bob Marley Museum, dedicated to the life and legacy of Jamaica’s most famous musician
Explore the city’s vibrant streets, including the famous Half Way Tree
In the evening, enjoy dinner at one of Kingston’s many excellent restaurants

Day 7: Departure

Spend the morning relaxing at your accommodation or exploring Kingston
Transfer to Norman Manley International Airport (KIN) or Sangster International Airport (MBJ) for departure

Things to Know
