Okavango Delta 3 Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and Orientation

• Arrive at Maun Airport, the gateway to the Okavango Delta
• Transfer to your lodge or camp and check-in
• Spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool or exploring the surrounding area
• In the evening, enjoy a welcome drink and get briefed on the next day’s activities

Day 2: Mokoro Trip and Game Viewing

• Early morning departure for a mokoro (traditional dugout canoe) trip through the delta
• Paddle through the crystal-clear waters and get up close with the local wildlife, including hippos, crocodiles, and birds
• Stop at a secluded spot for lunch and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape
• In the afternoon, go on a game viewing excursion by land or by air (optional)
• Return to your lodge in the evening and enjoy a hearty dinner

Day 3: More Game Viewing and Departure

• Spend the morning exploring the delta’s unique ecosystem and wildlife
• Go on another game viewing excursion by land or by air (optional)
• In the afternoon, return to Maun Airport for your departure flight
