Fortifications on the Caribbean Side of Panama: Portobelo-San Lorenzo is UNESCO World Heritage site reference #135, inscribed in 1980 under criteria (i) and (iv), and it&amp;rsquo;s been on the World Heritage in Danger list since 27 June 2012, decay and urban encroachment are ongoing threats, not a historical footnote.</description>
