A group of 20 splits a speedboat here for less per head than a single cab ride costs in most cities, and that math is a big part of why Tivat works as well as it does for groups.
Charter the whole boat
Motor launches out of Tivat and Kotor take 10 to 25 people through Boka Bay to the Blue Cave, Mamula’s island fortress, and Perast, with music and drinks on board. A 6.5-hour private speedboat charter covers the full circuit for a group rather than the shorter public-boat version. Confirm the operator carries a registered passenger license and enough life vests for everyone before you pay.
Race instead of cruise

Reserve the cabana
Upscale beach clubs in Tivat and on Lustica take group cabana bookings directly, worth doing ahead specifically in July and August, when the good spots fill by mid-morning. Check Tivat Travel’s listings for which venues are actually open that week, since some close for private events.
Getting a group there in the first place
For groups too large for taxis, private Mercedes Sprinter or V-Class minivan charters cover transfers between the airport, hotels, and the marina without splitting everyone across multiple cars. Book these directly through a hotel concierge or local transfer operator rather than through a tour marketplace, since minivan charters rarely show up as standalone products there.

Pair one water activity (the speedboat charter or a regatta) with one land activity (the olive tasting) rather than trying to fit both water options into a single day; the charter and the regatta both run three-plus hours, and back-to-back leaves no one with the energy to enjoy either.
