Day 6: Commercial Drive, Mount Pleasant, And False Creek

  • Commercial Drive, historically Italian and now a broader indie strip, for morning coffee and a wander through cafes and shops that skew local rather than tourist-facing
  • Mount Pleasant for lunch and the neighborhood’s brewery and coffee-roaster scene
  • Science World, the geodesic dome landmark at the head of False Creek, a solid rainy-afternoon option, or the Vancouver Art Gallery downtown if indoor culture appeals more
  • Walk the False Creek seawall toward Olympic Village in the evening, a quieter extension of the Stanley Park route with its own waterfront views
  • A final dinner in Mount Pleasant or back downtown to close the trip

  • Mount Pleasant: worth considering if Day 6’s neighborhood is your priority, still a short ride from everything else
  • Gastown: closer to the SeaBus for the North Shore day
